Leadership Vibration has nothing to do with the shakes, nerves or an illness such as Parkinson’s Disease. Although we could learn a great deal about leadership, strength and courage from those battling Parkinson’s daily, this is about being in tune with those around us. Global conversations involve understanding the pulse, vibration and the impact we bring to the different cultures we interact with in today’s global marketplace.

If you are not willing to grow, challenge yourself and inspire those around you, this is not for you!
“The real joy of discovery consists not in seeing new landscapes, but in having new eyes” Marcel Proust
The more time I invest in sharing the language of coaching with those I connect with, the more awareness and desire I gain in the need to support, transfer tools and enhance the daily environment where communication resides. The more we bring the language of coaching to our daily interactions the more we can embrace the daily challenges that often hold us back and positively impact our relationships with those we care about.

How often have you received a message from someone expectantly that has lifted your spirits and as I recently suggested, raised the “Inspiration Meter” to new heights? Where does this feeling come from? Depending on our state, we may even find ourselves asking, why me? Why have they connected with me to share these powerful words? Possibly the biggest question we may need to ask ourselves is, how comfortable am I with this moment?

In Whitehorse years ago, a gentleman shared his thoughts with me at 2am in the light of the bright northern morning. We met over dinner and began talking about leadership, the approaches, the books written and the insights gained from thought leaders around the globe. We shared ideas, challenged ideas and it opened up the opportunity to share experiences we have both had. I shared a keepsake I have from my grandmother’s youth from growing up in Rivers Inlet of British Columbia.

ONEProject: Global Conversations Reignite The Gift of Language
For the last year I have had the amazing opportunity to share coaching through a global network. I continue to walk away from this group, a more informed coach with a greater understanding of the challenges within leadership on a global level. Language is a powerful tool yet, I continue to be humbled by the power of words and meaning during these conversations.

INSPIRING YOUR CREATIVE WORK: What If Planting Season Was 365 days of the Year? Inspiration comes in many forms and from a variety of places if we are open enough to see it when it shows itself. Many times we hear the old saying… “the mind is like a parachute, it functions best when it is open.” In living with intent and purpose we create opportunities to make a difference and impact to those around us in ways we may not know for many years to come. I for one feel very fortunate that what was shared over 20 yrs ago made a significant impact and has developed into an amazing friendship.

It is often said that our ability for self-reflection can often lead to our greatest opportunity for growth…and man oh man, have I grown! I was recently asked a question about “where is the blog writing Marc?” Then the biggest question of all, “what impact and message are you sending by not following through with writing?” I heard once that banging your head against the wall burns off several hundred calories. Since “Banging my head against a wall” was not an attractive option, I reflected on the feedback, the intent of the message and began to burn calories in a whole new realm and much more acceptable manner. I accepted the message based on its source and my own lens that it was clear. START NOW!

Does life sometimes feel like an ‘unscripted drama” full of unexpected daily challenges that get in the way of your personal and business success? If you are like most people your reference to these events can make the difference in whether you are on track with your goals or leaving them on the table.
