Like many of us, in my work and efforts with Not for Profits, I am witness to the power of human nature and its ability to judge people in the act of doing and being a difference maker. The challenge is in taking the time through meaningful dialogue to understand their pursuit. How familiar does this sound?

I was recently asked to step in and speak to a group and got real extremely excited about the opportunity to share and engage in conversations about vision. Global conversations involve understanding the pulse, vibration and the impact we bring to the different cultures we interact with in today’s global marketplace.

If you are not willing to grow, challenge yourself and inspire those around you, this is not for you!
“The real joy of discovery consists not in seeing new landscapes, but in having new eyes” Marcel Proust
The more time I invest in sharing the language of coaching with those I connect with, the more awareness and desire I gain in the need to support, transfer tools and enhance the daily environment where communication resides. The more we bring the language of coaching to our daily interactions the more we can embrace the daily challenges that often hold us back and positively impact our relationships with those we care about.

How often have you received a message from someone expectantly that has lifted your spirits and as I recently suggested, raised the “Inspiration Meter” to new heights? Where does this feeling come from? Depending on our state, we may even find ourselves asking, why me? Why have they connected with me to share these powerful words? Possibly the biggest question we may need to ask ourselves is, how comfortable am I with this moment?
